高压釜式筛管冲蚀磨损方法研究与试验装置构建 被引量:3

摘要 针对常规喷嘴式冲蚀磨损试验装置无法准确表现出防砂筛管的冲蚀磨损情况,设计并构建了一种高压釜式筛管冲蚀磨损试验装置。该装置利用压力驱动含砂原油流经筛缝,并对筛缝进行冲蚀磨损,通过调节压差及流量来分析不同条件下筛管的冲蚀磨损情况,对现场工况下筛管冲蚀规律进行试验研究及分析。试验结果表明,生产压差越大,筛管的抗冲蚀至失效时间越短,质量损失量越大,且质量损失量大部分分布在筛缝处。实验结果与筛管作业时的冲蚀磨损情况相符,该实验装置能够较准确模拟筛管在实际作业时的冲蚀磨损情况。 Aiming at the problem that nozzle erosion wear test device can not accurately display erosion wear of sand control screen tube,an autoclave type screen erosion wear test device is designed and constructed.The device uses pressure to drive sandy crude oil to flow through the sieve seam,and carries out erosion and wears on the sieve seam.By adjusting the pressure difference and flow rate,the erosion and wear of screen tube under different conditions are analyzed,and the erosion rule of screen tube under field conditions is studied and analyzed experimentally.The test results show that the larger the production pressure difference is,the shorter the time from erosion resistance to failure of the sieve tube is,the greater the mass loss is,and the mass loss is mostly distributed at the sieve crack.The experimental results are consistent with the erosion wear of the screen tube.The experimental device can accurately simulate the erosion wear of the screen tube in actual operation.
