摘要
目前长宁页岩气井的勘探开发正在加快步伐,预计在2020前将形成45×10^(9)m^(3)的产能目标。为了满足页岩气丛式井拉链式压裂-排采一体化作业,在现场实践基础上,对地层返出砂类型、数量、规律进行精确研究,并且完善了测试、试采流程精细除砂技术及配套设备,形成有效手段避免集气站试采生产分离器、管网等生产设备出现的砂堵、阀门被刺等情况,确保了采输作业安全、高效进行。
At present,exploration and development of shale gas wells in Changning is accelerating.It is expected that 4.5 billion cubic meters of capacity target will be formed before 2020.To satisfy the requirements of the zipper-like fracture&test activities for shale gas wells,on the basis of field practice,we studied the type,quantity and rule of sand production.Besides,the two-stage sand removal technology and matching equipment have been perfected,forming effective means to avoid sand blockage and valve stabbing in separator and pipe network of gas gathering station,ensuring the safety and efficiency of the gas transport operation.
