摘要
装配式建筑是建筑工业化的一种体现,它采用产品化思维,工业化生产方式,重新定义建筑产品。在这场变革浪潮中,中建科技集团有限公司深圳分公司智慧建造科创中心以机器人技术和视觉技术为依托,展开了一系列的创新工作。基于工业6轴机械臂的高自由度等特点以及结合机器视觉的灵活性,对现有的以人工为基础的钢筋加工工艺进行了创新改造,意在生产标准化的钢筋,为钢筋绑扎的自动化生产提供规格一致的钢筋;也为提高标准化钢筋的供应的效率。
Prefabricated building is a kind of embodiment of construction industrialization.It uses product thinking and industrialized production mode to redefine construction products.In this wave of change,Shenzhen Branch of China Construction Science and Technology Group Co.Ltd.has launched a series of innovative work relying on robot technology and visual technology.Based on the characteristics of industrial six axis manipulator with high degree of freedom and the flexibility of machine vision,the existing manual based reinforcement processing technology is innovated and reformed.The purpose is to produce standardized steel bar,provide steel bar with consistent specification for automatic production of steel bar binding,provide standardized reinforcement for manual production,and improve the efficiency of reinforcement supply.
