Under the condition of socialist market economy,construction projects should not only have higher quality,but also lower cost,which puts forward higher requirements for engineering construction work.For housing construction,the cost control measures in the construction stage are equally important.Aiming at the cost control of housing construction project,taking the construction stage as the foothold,this paper expounds the significance of cost control and its influencing factors,and puts forward specific solutions from the aspects of data document,design change,material change and visa control combined with the current situation,in order to ensure the economic benefits of housing construction project.
