高校修缮工程全过程造价管理与控制探讨

Discussion on the Whole-Process Cost Management and Control for University Renovation Projects

随着我国高等教育事业的飞速发展,各大高校办学规模扩张,基本建设工程和修缮工程方面资金投入不断提高。做好修缮工程造价管理,让有限资金的作用最大化,实现经济、技术和管理的高度融合,对于高校各项工作开展至关重要。基于此,论文从立项决策、招投标、设计、施工、竣工决算5个方面,就如何做好高校修缮工程全过程造价管理进行探讨,给出建议。

With the rapid development of higher education in China,many universities have continuously expanded their school scales,and increased investment in infrastructure and renovation projects.To manage the cost of repair projects well,to maximize the role of limited funds and to achieve a high degree of integration of economy,technology and management is of great importance for the development of various work in colleges and universities.Based on this,this paper discusses how to do a good job in the whole process cost management of repair projects in colleges and universities from five aspects of project decision,bidding,design,construction and final account of completion,and gives suggestions.
