关于高校基建管理存在的问题分析及对策探讨

Analysis of the Existing Problems in the Management of Infrastructure Construction in Universities and Discussion of Countermeasures

高校基本建设相较于一般工程建设来说存在着一定的特殊性,首先是教学设施的结构,其建设质量会直接影响到教学质量的实现,从目前的基建管理工作情况来看高校基建管理工作仍存在着一些问题,这些问题的存在会导致后续教学工作的开展受到一定的限制,因此高校要进一步重视基建问题的解决。本文首先分析了目前高校基建工作中存在的问题,在此基础上提出一些解决措施。

Compared with general engineering construction,the basic construction of colleges and universities has certain particularities.The first is the structure of teaching facilities.The construction quality will directly affect the realization of teaching quality.There are still some problems in the construction management of colleges and universities according to the present situation of the construction management.The existence of these problems will lead to certain restrictions on the follow-up teaching work.Therefore,colleges and universities should pay more attention to the settlement of infrastructure problems.This article first analyzes the existing problems in the current university infrastructure work,and on this basis,some solutions are proposed.
