PBL教学模式成为近年来医学教育改革的趋势和方向。病例作为PBL教学中的重要角色,对PBL教学活动的开展起着至关重要的作用。2017年前我们开设的整合课程“感染免疫与相关疾病”PBL病例的来源主要是传染病医院的部分任课老师根据传染病医院的常见病种的实际病例进行改编的,涉及的病种相对比较单一,病例数量也较少。为了推进PBL教学持续发展,我们于2017年启动了病例库构建工作,在现有PBL病例来源模式的基础上,加入综合医院的病例来源,并充分利用临床实习的齐鲁医学班(临床八年制)同学的能力和优势,逐渐完善PBL病例资源,为PBL教学的顺利实施和可持续发展奠定了良好基础。本文旨在对“感染与免疫”相关的PBL病例库的构建进行总结和探讨。

PBL teaching mode has become the trend and direction of medical students'education reform in recent years.As an important role in PBL teaching,case plays an important role in the development of PBL teaching activities.The main sources of PBL cases in the integrated course"infectious immunity and related diseases"that we set up before 2017 are compiled by some teachers of infectious disease hospitals according to the actual cases of common diseases in infectious disease hospitals.The diseases involved in the cases are relatively single,and the number of cases is also small.In order to promote the sustainable development of PBL teaching,we started the construction of case bank in 2017.On the basis of the existing PBL case sources,the case sources of general hospitals are added.In addition,we make full use of the abilities and advantages of the students of Qilu medical class(clinical eight year program)in clinical practice,PBL case resources have been gradually improved and lays a good foundation for the implementation and sustainable development of PBL teaching.This paper aims to summarize and discuss the construction of PBL case bank related to"infection and immunity".
