论新型卫星遥感技术创新地图出版模式

摘要 随着对地观测技术飞速发展,卫星影像制图以其信息真实、内容直观的独特优势,逐步成为地图制图及地图出版的重要形式。近年来,卫星遥感支撑完成了一系列国家重大公益性国情国力调查,并被广泛应用于各领域调查公报、专题图件、专业图集、科普图书等出版成果中,形成一系列内容丰富、形式新颖的地图出版产品,极大拓展了地图出版的内容及模式。自然资源管理、生态环境保护、国土空间规划、美丽中国、乡村振兴等重大战略的推进将为卫星遥感提供更加宽广的应用舞台,更加丰富多元的遥感地图产品也将是传播国家发展新方向、新进展、新成就的重要形式。本研究面向地图出版科技创新,探讨近年来卫星遥感新发展驱动下的我国地图出版新模式、新方法,旨在为新时代的地图出版科技创新提供基础参考。 With the rapid development of earth observation technology,satellite image mapping has gradually become an important form of map mapping and map publishing because of its unique advantages of real information and intuitive content.In recent years,satellite remote sensing has completed a series of major national public welfare investigations on national conditions and national strength,and has been widely used in various fields publishing such as investigation bulletins,special maps,professional atlas and popular science books.It has formed a series of map publishing products with rich contents and novel forms,and greatly expanded the content and mode of map publishing.The promotion of major strategies,such as natural resources management,ecological environment protection,land spatial planning,beautiful China and rural revitalization,will provide a broader application stage for satellite remote sensing.The richer and more diversified remote sensing map products will also be an important form to spread the new development direction,new progress and new achievements of our country.This research is oriented to the technological innovation of map publishing,and discusses the new mode and method of map publishing in China driven by the new development of satellite remote sensing in recent years,aiming at providing basic reference for the technological innovation of map publishing in the new era.
