Taking nickel base heat-resistant alloy as an example,this paper expounds the welding characteristics of nickel base alloy and the causes of common defects in welding from the aspects of factors affecting the quality of materials and treatment,welding groove design and processing,selection of welding materials,and welding process control The reasonable countermeasures are put forward,which has guiding significance for the processing and manufacturing of nickel base alloy structural parts.
