摘要
本文针对某黄金冶炼厂锌粉置换异常情况的分析,发现氰化贵液中铅含量较高是影响金置换效果的主要原因,而氰化贵液中砷、铜含量对金置换的消极作用不明显;并通过“纯碱+石灰”混合调碱工艺高效抑制了氰化贵液中铅含量,在很短时间内将锌粉置换工艺恢复至正常。
The paper is on the analysis of the abnormal replacement of zinc powder in a gold smelter,it is found that the high content of lead in cyanide solution is the main reason that affects the gold replacement effect,while the arsenic and copper contents in cyanide solution have no obvious negative effect on the gold replacement The lead content in cyanide solution was effectively suppressed by"Soda+Lime"Mixed Alkali blending process,and the zinc powder replacement process was restored to normal in a short time.
