Taking the deep exploration of Yongping Copper Mine as a case study,the paper introduces the general situation of the mining area,the geological characteristics of the deposit,the geological characteristics of the ore body,the new understanding of the No.Ⅳ ore body and the prospecting direction of the No.Ⅳ copper ore body.In general,the deep prospecting of the Ⅳ ore body can focus on the deep extension of line 3-7,hoping to have certain reference value.
