近年来,国内铜冶炼行业面临供应趋紧,原辅料价格大幅上涨、加工费下跌、废杂铜进口政策收紧、环保税征收、安全环保工作更高要求、劳动力成本直线上升等严峻形势,加上国内铜冶炼产能持续增加,同行竞争激烈,生产成本压力较大,为此生产系统从生产层面做了一次满足安全、环保要求下,降本增效创新管理方面的尝试。

In recent years,the domestic copper smelting industry is facing the severe situation of tight supply,sharp rise in raw and auxiliary materials prices,reduction of processing fees,tightening of waste copper import policy,collection of environmental protection tax,higher requirements of safety and environmental protection work,and linear rise of labor cost.In addition,domestic copper smelting capacity continues to increase,peer competition is fierce,and production cost pressure is high At the production level,an attempt was made to reduce cost and increase efficiency and innovate management to meet the requirements of safety and environmental protection.
