摘要 井筒防冻工作是地下矿山冬季四防的重要安全防治工作之一。矿井进风温度低、速度快,极易在井筒内形成淋帮水结冰现象,大型冰块塌落常常会造成伤人事故和井筒设备伤害事故。而传统的人工除冰工作理难度大、除冰过程存在较大风险、除冰工作需要反反复复影响矿井提升能力。因此,采取措施使井筒内无法结冰才是解决井筒防冻工作的根本措施。蓬莱矿业公司采取了螺杆空压机余热回收供暖+智能电热水器的加热防冻系统,应用远程射流技术实现对井筒防冻有效控制,实现余热合理利用、投资小、能耗低、建设周期短。 Shaft antifreeze is one of the important safety prevention and control work of underground mine in winter.Because of the low temperature and high speed of the mine air,it is easy to form the freezing phenomenon of the drenching water in the shaft.However,the traditional manual deicing is difficult,the deicing process has great risks,and the deicing work needs to repeatedly affect the mine lifting capacity.Therefore,taking measures to prevent freezing in the shaft is the fundamental measure to solve the problem.Penglai mining company adopts the screw air compressor waste heat recovery heating+intelligent electric water heater heating system,the application of remote jet technology to achieve effective control of shaft antifreeze,realize reasonable utilization of waste heat,low investment,low energy consumption and short construction period.
