摘要
熔炼炉生产过程会遇到炉况波动导致渣发黏。本文结合实际阐述了熔体温度低、炉内下“生料”、渣中Fe3O4高、Fe/SiO2低、钙镁铝锌高等因素导致渣发黏,同时提出了相应的解决措施。
In the production process of smelting furnace,the fluctuation of furnace conditions will lead to slag sticking.In this paper,combined with the practice,the factors such as low melt temperature,raw material under the furnace,high Fe3O4 in slag,low Fe/SiO2,high calcium,magnesium,aluminum and zinc,etc.,which lead to slag sticking,are expounded.At the same time,the corresponding solutions are put forward.
