摘要
金属离子检测是判断矿区水体重金属污染的有效手段,因此提出原子吸收光谱仪检测矿区周边水体中的金属离子实验。选择原子吸收光谱仪,并设置其工作条件;采集水样,配制试剂与校准溶液,利用光谱仪对样品金属离子含量以及检出限进行实验,实验结果表明当试剂浓度为3.5μg/L时,使用原子吸收光谱仪检测水体金属离子有最佳的检测效果。
The detection of metal ions is an effective means to judge the heavy metal pollution in the water body of the mining area,so the experiment of detecting metal ions in the water body around the mining area by atomic absorption spectrometry is proposed.Select atomic absorption spectrometer and set its working conditions;collect water samples,prepare reagents and calibration solutions,use spectrometer to test the metal ion content and detection limit of samples,the experimental results show that when the reagent concentration is 3.5μg/L,using atomic absorption spectrometer to detect metal ions in water has the best detection effect.
