摘要
为了解决VAR生产大规格TA10铸锭镍偏析的问题,制定3种熔炼工艺对不同的一次熔炼电流和稳弧方式进行了研究。结果表明采用较小的一次熔炼电流和交流稳弧方式生产出的大规格TA10铸锭Ni元素均匀性最好。
In order to solve the problem of nickel segregation in large-size TA10 ingots produced by VAR,three smelting processes were developed to study different first smelting currents and Stirring current methods.The results show that the large-size TA10 ingot produced with a smaller first melting current and AC stirring current has the best Ni element uniformity.
