摘要
本文研究了TC11钛合金锻件不同显微组织下的室温拉伸性能。实验结果表明,随着αp相含量的增加,材料的强度降低,塑性略微升高;等轴αp相平均晶粒尺寸的降低有利于提高材料的强塑性;随着次生片层α相长宽比升高,材料的强度上升、塑性下降。
The effect of microstructures on mechanical properties of TC11 titanium alloy forgings were studied.The results show that with the increase ofαp,the room temperature tensile strength of the material decreases,and the plasticity increases slightly.The reduction of the average grain size of the equiaxedαp phase is beneficial to improve the strength and plasticity.As the aspect ratio of the secondary lamellarαp phase increases,the strength of the material increases and the plasticity decreases.
