摘要
连续退火炉的冷却速率对冷轧后退火处理产晶的性能,尤其是强度起着决定性的作用。为适应汽车市场对冷轧产品强度越来越高的要求,本文简要分析了连续式退火炉冷却技术在国内外的发展概况,分析了各种冷却技术的优缺点,并指出了其今后的发展方向。
The cooling rate of the continuous annealing furnace plays a decisive role in the performance of the annealing treatment after cold rolling,especially the strength.In order to meet the increasingly higher requirements of the automotive market for cold-rolled products,this article briefly analyzes the development of continuous annealing furnace cooling technology at home and abroad,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various cooling technologies,and points out its future development direction.
