摘要
本文主要探究机械加工工艺对零件加工精度的影响。研究过程中,以机械加工工艺概述为切入点,分析其工艺流程与重要性,以此为研究基础,明确机械结构、数控编程、温度、受力、夹具、加工技术等机械加工工艺均会对零件精度造成影响,并提出控制措施,以期为相关工作者提供参考。
This paper mainly explores the influence of mechanical processing technology on the machining accuracy of parts.Overview research process,to machining process as the breakthrough point,analysis of the technological process and the importance,as the research foundation,clear mechanical structure,CNC programming,temperature,stress,jig,the processing technology such as mechanical processing technology will affect accuracy of parts,and put forward the control measures,so as to provide reference for relevant workers.
