摘要
喷气织造是一种高效但同时也是高能耗的织造工艺技术。高能耗的原因是喷气织机采用压缩空气操作机器,而压缩空气的能耗大且成本高。喷气织机大约80%的压缩空气是被辅助喷嘴消耗的。通过使用6ζ方法,发现混合延伸喷嘴系统可显著减少辅助喷嘴的吹气时间。混合延伸喷嘴系统由机械和气动组件构成,可确保纱线被安全地捕捉和牵引。一旦纱线被机械夹持,辅助喷嘴将立即关闭,从而降低能耗。目前这样的系统尚未面世。
Air weaving is the most productive,but also the most energy-intensive weaving process.The reason for the high energy consumption is the use of compressed air to operate the machine.The production of compressed air is energy and cost-intensive.Approx.80%of the compressed air consumption of air-jet weaving machines can be attributed to the relay nozzles.Using 6ζmethod,the potential was revealed that the blowing time of relay nozzle can be significantly reduced by a hybrid stretch nozzle system.The hybrid system,consists of a mechanical and a pneumatic component,allows the yarn to be caught and stretched safely.As soon as the yarn is mechanically clamped,the relay nozzles can be switched off,which allows reducing the energy consumption.Such a system does not currently exist.
