车用圆柱形三元锂电池焊接改善研究与应用

摘要 圆柱形三元锂电池在电动汽车上广泛应用,针对生产制造中行业内普遍存在的焊接质量不良、生产效率低等关键问题,分别从人机料法环测等全面质量管理角度进行改善研究,打通了生产瓶颈,为车用圆柱形三元锂电池焊接推广应用中可能会遇到的制造技术问题的解决提供参考。 Cylindrical ternary lithium battery is widely used in new energy vehicles.Aiming at the key problems of poor welding quality and low production efficiency in the manufacturing industry,the improvement research is carried out from the perspective of comprehensive quality management such as man-machine material method and environmental testing,which breaks through the production bottleneck and may encounter manufacturing technology problems in the populari-zation and application of cylindrical lithium-ion battery for vehicles to provide reference.
