摘要 由于麦弗逊悬架本身的结构特点,减振器支柱总成的安装通常不是竖直方向,使得减振器支柱总成不仅要承受垂向力,还要承受侧向力。C形弹簧与普通螺旋弹簧相似,只是中心线是曲线,而不是直线,C形弹簧在非工作状态下是类似于英文字母C的形状。受到垂直载荷时形状变为跟普通螺旋弹簧相似,但是弹簧力的作用线与其中心线仍具有一个夹角,该夹角使得减振器受力后存在平行于轴线的力与垂直于轴线的力,本文用最小二乘法拟合螺旋弹簧的曲率,得到侧载螺旋弹簧的中心曲率的初值,可以有效减小减振器所受的侧向载荷。 Due to the structural characteristics of McPherson suspension,the installation of shock absorber strut assembly is usually not vertical.The shock absorber strut assembly should not only bear the vertical force,but also the lateral force.Cshaped spring is similar to ordinary coil spring,but the center line is a curve,not a straight line.The C-shaped spring is similar to the shape of the letter C in the non working state.When subjected to vertical load,the shape becomes similar to that of ordinary coil spring.But there is still an angle between the acting line of spring force and its center line,The angle makes the force parallel to the axis and the force perpendicular to the axis.In this paper,the least square method is used to fit the curvature of spiral spring,The initial value of the central curvature of the side loaded helical spring is obtained,It can effectively reduce the lateral load on the shock absorber.
