摘要
单线制搭铁方式是目前多数汽车所采用的一种接地处理方式,文章主要论述的内容也是基于此。搭铁设计的合理性和可靠性直接影响着用电器的性能。文章的目的就在于探究如何提高汽车搭铁可靠性,给汽车线束的设计提供参考。文章首先介绍了常见汽车搭铁的种类和应用方法,并对各类搭铁的优缺点进行了分析。其次,从多个方面重点论述了提高汽车搭铁可靠性的方法并举例说明。最后,对一种搭铁不良导致的汽车故障进行了分析和总结。
Single line grounding is a kind of grounding adopted by most automobiles at present,and the main content of this paper is also based on this.The rationality and reliability of grounding design directly affect the performance of electrical appliances.The purpose of this paper is to explore how to improve the reliability of automobile grounding and provide reference for the design of automobile wiring harness.This paper first introduces the types and application methods of common automobile grounding,and analyzes the advantages and disadvan-tages of various types of grounding.Secondly,the methods of improving the reliability of automobile grounding are discussed from many aspects and illustrated with examples.Finally,an automobile breakdown caused by poor grounding is analyzed and summarized.
