This paper analyzes the frame assembly process,this paper expounds the way of commercial vehicle frame longeron on-line assembly technology requirements and characteristics of the introduced a kind of based on many kinds of mixed flow production under the condition of commercial vehicle frame girder automation on-line device,implement the frame longitudinal beam without paint,paint a mixed flow automation online,in ensuring longeron paint protection at the same time,reduce loading hang workers,improve the flexibility of the existing frame assembly line and production rhythm.
