摘要
为了全面客观地对城市道路交通对环境的影响进行评价,文章通过对城市交通环境的各个影响因素进行分析,建立了城市交通环境的综合评价指标体系。文章采用DEA法对指标进行综合评价,并给出了DEA法的输入、输出指标。最后采用案例进行评价研究,验证了文章提出方法的可行性和实用性。
In order to comprehensively and objectively evaluate the environmental impact of urban traffic,this paper established a comprehensive evaluation index system for urban traffic environment through analyzing various factors and combining the characteristics of urban traffic environment.In this paper,the DEA method is used to comprehensively evaluate the indicators,and the input and output indicators of the DEA method and their weights are given.Finally,an example is used to evaluate the feasibility and practicability of the proposed method.
