道路交通事故车速鉴定的方法探析与思考

随着我国社会经济的快速发展,汽车保有量逐年递增,道路交通事故数量也居高不下。为科学有效地处理好每一起重大交通事故,分清事故责任,还原事故发生的真实过程就显得尤为重要。文章通过整合常见道路交通事故车辆车速鉴定的方法、阐述车速鉴定的基本理念和思路并结合车速鉴定中存在的问题,提出了自己的几点思考。希望能提升车速鉴定的科学性和准确性,并为从事车速鉴定的司法人员提供一定的理论参考和指导。

With the rapid development of China's social economy,car ownership is increasing year by year,and the number of road traffic accidents is also high.In order to deal with each major traffic accident scientifically and effectively,it is particularly important to distinguish the responsibility of the accident and restore the real process of the accident.In this paper,through the integration of common road traffic accident vehicle speed identification methods,expounds the basic ideas and ideas of speed identification,and combined with the problems existing in speed identification,puts forward some thoughts.Hope to improve the speed identification of science and accuracy,and to provide some theoretical reference and guidance for judicial personnel engaged in speed identification.
