摘要
为了解决东曲煤矿28216工作面轨道顺槽掘进效率低、掘进巷道不稳定、冒顶事故风险高等问题,提出了一种快速掘进工艺,采用EBZ260(A)型掘锚一体机以S型截割路线掘进,同时对顺槽顶板和两帮的支护工艺方式做了优化,顺槽掘进效率提升了一倍。
In order to solve the problems of low efficiency,unstable roadway and high risk of roof fall accident in the 28216 working face of Dongqu Coal Mine,a fast tunneling technology is put forward.The EBZ260(A)type all-in-one driving anchor machine is used to excavate with S-shaped cutting route.At the same time,the supporting technology of roof and two sides is optimized,and the efficiency of trench excavation is doubled.
