摘要
为了确保工作面的安全生产,采用美固MP367对2108工作面顶板进行注浆加固处理,注入5.2 t美固MP367材料,注浆改造期为10 d。实践结果表明:通过注浆加固,顶板得到了有效控制,与传统人工排木垛、挑梁处理工作面冒顶的方法(约25 d)相比,压缩施工时间15 d,其经济效益明显,多产出效益295万元。
In order to ensure safety production of working face,Meigu MP367 was used to reinforce the roof of 2108 working face by grouting,and 5.2 t Meigu MP367 material was injected.The grouting transformation period was 10 days.Practical results show that by grouting reinforcement,the roof has been effectively controlled,and the traditional artificial row pigsty pick beam processing of working face roof caving method(about 25 days),compared to compress the construction time 15 days,its economic benefit is obvious,more than the actual output benefit of 2.95 million yuan.
