肌少症动物模型的研究进展

Research advances in animal model of sarcopenia

肌少症是随着年龄增长,出现的自身肌肉质量减少与力量相应减弱的现象。近年来,肌少症动物模型在老年人肌肉萎缩的预防及其机制探讨方面已有广泛应用。本文综述近年来肌少症动物模型的研究现状,动物肌少症模型的建立及应用进行对比分析,并对各类模型的优缺点进行探讨,为开展相关的实验提供参考。

Sarcopenia is considered to be the phenomena of decreases in muscle mass and strength with age.In recent years,animal models of sarcopenia have been widely used to examine the prevention and mechanisms of muscle atrophy during aging.This article reviews the animal models of sarcopenia,mainly discusses the establishment and application of animal models of sarcopenia,and provides a basis to carrying out relevant experiments.
