下肢单肢伤残的康复装备设计研究

为了满足下肢单肢伤残人群的康复助行需求,探讨其设计方法,通过研究将其转化为符合用户生理和心理需求的康复助行产品。采用市场调研、专利检索和竞品分析等方法发现市场缺口,运用用户访谈法和观察法得到用户需求,使用QFD法将产品需求转化为相对应的设计目标。得到下肢单肢康复装备的方案设计。设计师从功能、外观、结构三个方面入手,采用KJ法梳理康复助行产品需求,借助QFD方法构建下肢单肢伤残康复装备质量屋模型,进行全面有效的设计,有助于弥补我国康复医疗装备的市场缺口,推动我国医疗体系进一步完善。

Purpose In order to meet the needs of rehabilitation assistance for people with single limb disability,discuss its design method,and transform it into rehabilitation assistance products that meet the physical and psychological needs of users through research.Use market research,patent search and competitive product analysis to find market gaps,use user interview and observation methods to obtain user needs,and use QFD method to transform product needs into corresponding design goals.The scheme design of single limb rehabilitation equipment was obtained.The designer starts from the three aspects of function,appearance and structure,uses the KJ method to sort out the needs of rehabilitation assistance products,and uses the QFD method to build a model of the quality house of rehabilitation equipment for lower limbs and single limbs.The comprehensive and effective design is helpful to make up for my country The market gap of rehabilitation medical equipment has promoted the further improvement of my country’s medical system.
