民宿爆炸式发展下的现状和设计对策研究——以浙江省为例

STUDY ON THE CURRENT SITUATION AND DESIGN COUNTERMEASURES OF THE EXPLOSIVE DEVELOPMENT OF HOMESTAY--TAKE ZHEJIANG PROVINCE AS AN EXAMPLE

文章对浙江省民宿的现状进行调研分析,得出现阶段民宿设计存在的几个突出问题。为应对民宿市场变化,提出了明确设计消费主体和务实的市场调研在设计中的重要性。根据基地位置确定民宿的市场定位和可持续经营的设计策略。体现地域文化的元素提炼并运用可以显示出独特的社会气息,地域性的设计符合今后生态休闲旅游的潮流,也是传播地域文化的重要方式之一。

Based on the investigation and analysis of the present situation of the homestay in Zhejiang Province,several outstanding problems in the design of the homestay have emerged in this paper.In order to cope with the changes in the homestay market,the necessity of clarifying the design consumer subjects and pragmatic market research in the design is put forward.determine the market positioning of the homestay and the design strategy of sustainable management based on the site location.The refinement of the elements reflecting the regional culture can show the unique flavor of social characteristics,and the regional design conforms to the trend of ecological leisure tourism in the future.It is also one of the important ways to spread regional culture.
