摘要
针对智能化时代背景下,中小学教师嗓音健康问题提出以健康管理为核心理念的创新设计策略。通过文献法,分析教师嗓音疾病的群体现状。透过深入访谈、用户旅程地图等实践方法梳理教师用嗓行为,明确设计缺口。基于健康管理理念,提出赋能预防-积极疗愈-可持续保健的嗓音病介入要点及健康管理创新设计策略矩阵。可作为未来教师嗓音病等职业慢性病健康管理创新设计理论指导,改善教师嗓音问题是职业顽疾的局面。
Under the background of intelligent era,the voice health problems of primary and secondary school teachers put forward innovative design strategies with health management as the core concept.This paper analyzes the current situation of teachers’voice diseases through literature review.Through in-depth interviews,user journey maps and other practical methods to sort out the voice behavior of teachers and clarify the design gap.Based on the concept of health management,this paper puts forward the key points of voice disease intervention and the innovative design strategy matrix of health management.It can be used as the theoretical guidance for the future health management innovation design of occupational chronic diseases such as teacher voice disease,and improving teacher voice problem is the situation of occupational persistent diseases.
