一种标本自动布置及归类发放装置的创新设计

THE INVENTION RELATES TO AN INNOVATIVE DESIGN OF A SPECIMEN AUTOMATIC ARRANGEMENT AND CLASSIFICATION DISPENSING DEVICE

为研究护理人员在布置及发放大小便等分泌物标本给患者的整个流程中存在的问题及现状,结合需求,提出创新设计方案。通过调研收集资料,分析问题的相关因素,从现状及存在的问题、调研需求、装置的设计结构、使用方法、后期改进、创新技术特点六个方面论述装置的创新设计。装置通过智能红外线感应系统识别患者ID二维码,自动发放粘贴有基本信息的标本给患者并语音播放标本留取方法及注意事项相关内容的视频,达到标本自动布置及归类发放的效果。提高护理人员的工作效率及标本发放、留取的准确率,减轻护理工作量,简化标本发放的流程。为此类产品的创新设计提供新思路[1]。

In order to study the existing problems and current situation of nurses in the whole process of arranging and distributing excretion specimens to patients,an innovative design scheme was proposed according to the needs.Through the investigation and collection of data,analysis of the relevant factors of the problem,from the current situation and existing problems,research needs,device design structure,use methods,late improvement,innovation technology characteristics of six aspects of device innovation design.The device recognizes the QR code of the ID through the intelligent infrared sensor system,automatically sends the sample with basic information to the patient and plays the video of the sample retention method and matters for attention by voice,so as to achieve the effect of automatic arrangement,classification and distribution of the sample.Improve the work efficiency of nursing staff and the accuracy of specimen distribution and retention,reduce the nursing workload and simplify the process of specimen distribution.It provides new ideas for the innovative design of such products.
