基于Kano模型的多功能行军凳设计

DESIGN OF MULTI-FUNCTIONAL MARCHING STOOL BASED ON KANO MODEL

为准确分析多功能行军凳的用户功能需求,增强多功能行军凳用户体验和设计效果。在用户问卷调研分析基础上,以Kano模型为分析工具,进行了多功能能行军凳的功能需求层次分类。给出了多功能行军凳设计方案,得到了用户肯定。利用Kano模型的定量分析方法,可实现用户需求的层次分类,提升产品设计的用户满意度。

In order to accurately analyze the user functional requirements of the multi-functional marching stool,improve the user experience and design effect of the multi-functional marching stool.Based on the investigation and analysis of user’s questionnaire,using Kano model as the analysis tool,the hierarchical classification of functional requirements of multi-functional marching stool is carried out.The design scheme of multi-functional marching stool is given,which is affirmed by users.By using the quantitative analysis method of Kano model,the hierarchical classification of user requirements can be realized and the user satisfaction of product design can be improved.
