摘要
为促进智能化餐饮空间良性升级,打造出更加智能便捷、环境优美、体验流畅的就餐空间,文章分析了线下市场各智能餐饮的空间功能分区,流线布局,环境氛围和心理需求等问题。得出适应智能化餐饮空间改造的设计策略。通过对智能餐饮现状的分析和策略提出有利于更好地认识智能化餐饮空间设计要点,从而提升消费者的体验感受,为智能化餐饮空间设计提供新的设计思路,促进我国传统餐饮向智能化餐饮的转变升级。
In order to promote the benign upgrade of intelligent dining space,and create a more intelligent,more convenient,more environmentally-graceful and more fluid-experienced dining space.The paper analyzeds the spatial function division,streamline layout,environmental and psychological demand of the smart catering in the offline market.It obtains the suitable design strategy of the transformation of intelligent catering space.The analysis is conducive to better understand the key points of intelligent catering space design,so as to improve consumers’experience and feelings,provide new design ideas for intelligent catering space design,and promote the transformation and upgrading of China’s traditional catering to intelligent catering.
