总结新零售服务特点,提出新零售系统创新设计策略。文献与案例研究方法,设计学系统创新设计方法。新零售服务特点可总结为:线上线下整合,拓宽服务边界;多元服务融合,提升购物体验;塑造品牌价值,激发社群活力;闭合服务数据,提升零售效能。基于特点构建新零售服务系统模型。提出新零售服务系统创新设计策略:基于系统创新目标的用户研究;优化系统功能及情感体验;构建"一体多面"的系统价值;基于零售效能建立系统迭代机制。
To sum up the features of new-retailing service and put forward newretailing service system innovation design strategy.Literature and cases studies,system innovative design method of design discipline.The features of new-retailing service can be summarized as:the merger of on-line scenery and off-line scenery for expending service extent,the mingling of multiple services for enhancing consumption experience,building new-retailing brand value to stimulate community’s vitality,using intelligent technology to close consumption date and raise efficiency of retailing.Build a new retail service system model based on the features.Put forward 4 point of new-retailing service system innovation design strategy:user research based on system innovation goal;optimizing system functional and emotional experience;constructing service system value by kind of"one setup and many-sided";building system adjustment regulation based on consumption date.
