“未来社区”创新模式初探——以南京玄武老城区区域城市更新为例

ON THE INNOVATION MODE OF"FUTURE COMMUNITY"——TAKE NANJING XUANWU OLD CITY AS AN EXAMPLE

随着城市更新的不断开展,南京玄武老城区也同样面临着城市发展带来的众多问题,为了城市更好的发展,实现全民美好生活的愿望。通过对"未来社区"的内涵进行深入研究分析,根据以人为本的原则,以及通过实地调研、分析等。由此提出了以人本、科技、生态相结合的"未来社区"创新建设模式。本文提出"未来社区"发展的目标、功能的布局,总结了"未来社区"邻里、教育、健康、创业、建筑、交通、低碳、服务的场景模式。

With the continuous development of urban renewal,Nanjing Xuanwu old city is also faced with many problems brought about by urban development,in order to better development of the city and realize the wishes of the whole people for a better life.Through in-depth research and analysis of the connotation of"future community",according to the principle of people-oriented,and through field research and analysis.Therefore,it puts forward the innovative construction mode of"future community"with the combination of humanism,science and technology and ecology.This paper puts forward the development goal and function layout of"future community",and summarizes the scene mode of neighborhood,education,health,entrepreneurship,construction,transportation,low-carbon and service.
