鼻炎贴膏穴位贴敷联合氯雷他定治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗效及对免疫球蛋白E和炎症因子的影响

Curative effect of acupoint application of rhinitis paste combined with loratadine on allergic rhinitis and its in⁃fluence on immunoglobulin E and inflammatory factors

目的探究鼻炎贴膏穴位贴敷联合氯雷他定治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗效及对免疫球蛋白E和炎症因子的影响。方法将过敏性鼻炎患者118例按照随机数字表法分为观察组(59例)和对照组(59例),对照组予以氯雷他定治疗,观察组予以鼻炎贴膏穴位贴敷联合氯雷他定治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、免疫球蛋白E、炎症因子变化及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组临床总有效率(93.22%)明显高于对照组(79.66%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.63,P<0.05);两组过敏性鼻炎患者的临床症状(喷嚏、鼻痒、鼻塞、擤鼻)及其总症状评分、总免疫球蛋白E(T-IgE)、特异性免疫球蛋白E(sIgE)、嗜酸粒细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)、血清细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)均明显低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(t分别=7.23、6.20、9.19、7.74、19.37、57.65、45.69、8.85、3.46;19.10、10.66、15.49、13.03、31.24、61.61、64.03、17.15、6.53,P均<0.05),且治疗后观察组过敏性鼻炎患者的上述指标水平较对照组明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(t分别=9.05、5.34、4.72、7.02、15.50、12.48、19.06、6.67、3.35,P均<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率(6.78%)与对照组(11.86%)比较,差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.90,P>0.05)。结论鼻炎贴膏穴位贴敷联合氯雷他定治疗过敏性鼻炎患者,可有效提高其临床疗效、促进其临床症状的改善,并有效抑制IgE介导的Ⅰ型超敏反应及炎症反应。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of acupoint application of rhinitis paste combined with loratadine on allergic rhinitis and its influence on immunoglobulin E and inflammatory factors.Methods Totally 118 patients with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into observation group(59 cases)and control group(59 cases).The control group was treated with loratadine,and the observation group was received acupoint application of rhinitis paste combined with loratadine.The clinical efficacy,immunoglobulin E,inflammatory factors,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group(93.22%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(79.66%)(χ2=4.63,P<0.05).The clinical symptoms scores including sneezing,itching,stuffy nose,blowing nose and total symptom scores,total immunoglobulin E(T-IgE),specific immunoglobulin E(sIgE),eosinophil cationic protein(ECP),and serum intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1)in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(t=7.23,6.20,9.19,7.74,19.37,57.65,45.69,8.85 and 3.46;19.10,10.66,15.49,13.03,31.24,61.61,64.03,17.15,6.53,P<0.05),and the levels of the above indexes in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=9.05,5.34,4.72,7.02,15.50,12.48,19.06,6.67,3.35,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group(6.78%)and the control group(11.86%)(χ2=0.90,P>0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application of rhinitis paste combined with loratadine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,relieve the clinical symptoms,and effectively inhibit IgE mediated type Ⅰ hypersensitivity and inflammatory reaction.It is safe and reliable.
