摘要
随着"城市更新、乡村旅游开发、城乡协调发展"进程的持续推进,传统村落在不同程度上遭受到"建设性、开发性、旅游性"的破坏,所以城市更新与传统村落保护之间无疑存在着较大矛盾.以东莞市12个传统村落为研究对象,通过实地走访和半结构化访谈的调研方式,分析当前东莞市传统村落的保护现状、发展模式,得出以下结论:成立村落发展联盟,打破路径依赖;加强传统景观保护,防止仿古建筑的大量产生;完善区域顶层设计与相关机制.
With the challenge of"urban regeneration,rural tourism development and urban-rural coordinated development",the traditional villages suffer from"construction,development and tourism"damage to varying degrees. It has no doubt that there is a big contradiction between the process of urban regeneration and the protection of traditional villages. This paper takes 12 traditional villages in Dongguan city as the research object,and analyzes the current situation and development mode of the protection of traditional villages in Dongguan City via field visits and semi-structured interviews. The conclusions is that:First,establish a village development alliance to break the path dependence;Second,strengthen the protection of traditional landscape so as to prevent a large number of archaized buildings;Third,improve the regional top-level design and related mechanism.
