摘要 随着油气勘探迈向超深层地层温度、压力不断增高,作业工况日趋复杂,APR测试工具的不适应逐渐凸显测试失败井次时有发生。为此整理了库车山前近几年测试井工具失效问题,分析失效原因,研究技术措施。从优选测试压井液性能、涂抹高温高压黄油解决压井液沉淀引起的工具失效问题;根据温压指标,选用合适的密封圈,并通过保存、装配、试压的方法保障密封圈密封性;改进破裂盘倒角、孔径降低循环阀芯轴下行的冲击力与惯性力防止芯轴卡死;引进塑性规检验和试压检测验证破裂盘的到位性与密封性;采用可调式节流控压方法,降低压力波动,减小对井下工具的冲击。应用表明建立的技术措施有效降低了库车山前超深高温高压井的APR测试工具失效率,为同类工具的应用提供重要参考。 The hydrocarbon exploration has moved into ultra-deep formations which temperature and pressure have rising and operating conditions have becoming more complex. The inadaptability of APR testing tools often caused failures of testing well. For this reason,the recent failures of APR tools were analyzed in Kuqa,the causes were studied and technical measures were adopted. The tools failure due to killing fluid precipitation was resolved by optimizing fluids performance and applying high temperature and high pressure butter. According to temperature,the suitable seal ring was selected,and the methods of preservation,installation and pressure test were established to meet sealing. To prevent circulating valves mandrel was freeze in valve,the fillet and aperture of rupture disc in valves were improved to reduce impact and inertia force. The plastic gauge and pressure test was applied to verify positioning and sealing of the rupture disc. The adjustable throttle control method was applied to reduce influences on downhole tools due to pressure fluctuation.The application shows that the established technical measures effectively reduce the failure rate of APR test tools in the ultradeep high temperature and high pressure wells in Kuqa,and provides an important reference for the application of similar tools.
