为有效提升医院人力资源管理工作效率,同时有效降低医院在人力资源方面的成本投入,提出一种基于主动数据库的人力资源管理系统设计思路。充分运用主动数据库技术优势,经触发器实现系统主动判断服务,并运用B/S与C/S组合架构,建立用户管理、机构编制管理、职工信息管理、薪资福利管理等多功能模块,突破了传统数据库只能被动接受用户操作指令的技术弊端。该设计系统可以满足人力资源管理工作中,如人力资源配置、职工基本信息管理、职工考勤、薪酬福利计算等功能,并且可以生成医院人力资源分析、科室工作绩效分析等图表,同时可以导出国家卫健委人力资源上报数据,为下一阶段医院开展人力资源管理工作提供可靠技术方案。

In order to effectively improve the efficiency of hospitals′human resource work management and effectively reduce hospitals′cost input in human resource investment,a design idea of human resource management system of active database is put forward.In the system,the advantages of active database technology are used comprehensively,and the active judgment service of the system can be realized by the trigger,and B/S and C/S combination architectures are used to establish the multifunctional modules,including user management module,organization establishment management module,employee information management module and salary&welfare management module.Therefore,the system breaks through the technical shortcoming that the traditional database can only passively accept the user operation instructions.The designed system can realize the functions of human resource allocation,employee basic information management,employee attendance,employee salary&welfare computation in the human resource management.In addition,it can generate the graph of hospital human resource analysis,graph of department work performance analysis,etc.Meanwhile,it can export human resource data reported by the National Health Commission of the People′s Republic of China,which provides reliable technical solutions for hospital human resource management of the next phase.
