摘要
新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)可引起心肺病变,导致新冠肺炎(COVID-19),且传播速度快,感染率及致死率高。超声能快速、便捷地判断肺部病变,了解心脏结构、功能和血流动力学信息,心肺联合超声可对新型冠状病毒肺炎患者进行诊断,指导临床诊治、判断疗效以及评估预后。本文就心肺联合超声在新冠肺炎中的应用进行综述,以期为新冠肺炎的诊治提供参考。
Novel coronavirus(SARS-CoV-2)can cause cardiopulmonary disease and lead to COVID-19,which has high transmission speed,infection rate and mortality rate.Ultrasound can quickly and conveniently identify the lung lesions,and obtain the information about heart structure,function and hemodynamics.Echocardiography combined lung ultrasound can be used in diagnosis of COVID-19 patients,and guide the clinical diagnosis and treatment,evaluate the efficacy and the prognosis.In this paper,the application of echocardiography combined lung ultrasound in diagnosis of COVID-19 was reviewed in order to provide reference in the clinic.
