食管癌术后吻合口瘘的影像学诊断进展

Progress in imaging diagnosis of anastomotic leakage after esophageal carcinoma surgery

食管吻合口瘘作为食管癌术后常见的并发症之一,严重影响患者术后生存质量,且病死率较高。X射线造影、CT作为常规检查手段,临床应用较广,而随着内镜技术的日渐成熟,临床提出可将内镜作为术后诊断吻合口瘘的首选。本研究回顾了食管癌术后吻合口瘘的临床及影像学进展,总结影像检查手段在吻合口瘘早期诊断中的优缺点及价值,以期为其临床治疗提供参考。

Esophageal anastomotic leakage is one of the common postoperative complications of esophageal carcinoma,which seriously affects the postoperative quality of life of patients and has a high mortality rate.X-ray imaging and CT are widely used as routine examination methods.With the maturity of endoscopic technology,it is clinically proposed that endoscopy can be the first choice for diagnosis of postoperative anastomotic leakage.This study retrospectively analyzed the clinical and imaging progress of anastomotic leakage after esophageal carcinoma surgery,and summarized the advantages,disadvantages and value of imaging methods in the early diagnosis of anastomotic leakage,in order to provide references for its clinical treatment.
