摘要
基于阿仑尼乌斯定律和燃烧的3T原则,概述了垃圾焚烧锅炉炉膛功能区的特征、炉膛主控温度与炉膛主控温度区的基本概念。以期解决好炉膛主控温度与安全运行、初级减排的关系,加强垃圾焚烧对污染的综合预防与控制,促进我国垃圾焚烧行业的常态化安全、可靠、环保运行;同时明确炉膛主控温度与炉膛主控温度区的概念也有助于实现节能和能效管理。
Based on Arrhenius’s law and the 3 T principle of waste incineration boiler,the basic concepts of characteristics of the waste incineration boiler furnace function area,main control temperature in the furnace and main temperature control area of furnace were summarized,in order to clarify the relationship between the furnace main control temperature and safe operation and primary emission reduction,to strengthen the comprehensive prevention and control of pollution during waste incineration,and to promote the constantly safe,reliable and environmental protection operation of waste incineration facilities in China.At the same time,it was helpful to realize energy saving and energy efficiency management to make clear of the concepts of main temperature control and main temperature control area of furnace.
