浸泡型非正规垃圾堆体治理综合勘查技术应用研究——以北京某垃圾堆放点治理勘查为例 被引量:2

摘要 由于大型、浸泡型非正规垃圾堆放点对周边土壤与地下水有较高污染风险,针对该类型的垃圾堆体,往往采用异位筛分清源治理方案。因垃圾体被地下水浸泡,导致治理方案通常比较复杂,涉及到采用环境与岩土综合治理技术。治理方案设计除进行筛分工艺设计外,垃圾清挖还会涉及到降水地下水控制、基坑支护和抽出污水处理方案设计,鉴于此,只有运用综合勘查技术才能满足复杂治理方案设计需求。目前我国还没有开展针对浸泡型非正规垃圾堆体的综合勘查技术研究,也没有相应的规范可参考。本研究首次系统提出了针对浸泡型垃圾堆体的综合勘查技术,并将该技术应用于北京市某处因周边河道生态补水形成的浸泡型垃圾堆体的治理勘查项目。工程实践结果表明,该综合勘查技术实用性强,在类似垃圾堆体勘查中具有参考和借鉴价值。 As large,soaked informal waste dump has a higher pollution risk on surrounding soil and groundwater,so ex-situ screening and source government scheme is often adopted for it.Disposal schemes are usually complex because the waste is immersed in groundwater,involving the use of environmental and geotechnical comprehensive treatment technology.For the design of treatment scheme,in addition to the screening process design,the waste removal and excavation will also involve the groundwater control of precipitation,foundation pit support and sewage extraction treatment scheme design.Therefore,only the use of comprehensive exploration technology can fulfill the design needs of complex governance scheme.At present,China has not carried out the comprehensive exploration technology research for the immersive informal waste pile,and there is no corresponding standard for reference.A comprehensive exploration technology for soaked informal waste pile was systematically proposed for the first time in this study,and it applied to the treatment and exploration project of the soaked waste pile formed by the ecological replenishment of the surrounding river in Beijing.The results of engineering practice showed that the technology is practical,and has reference value in the exploration of similar waste pile.
