摘要
针对矿用卡车进口定时器成本高、维修复杂的特点,进行了定时器的自主研发。系统以现场试验梳理出逻辑控制关系,C语言为编程语言,以STC89C51单片机为控制核心,PCB印刷电路板为硬件总布局,研制完成后进行了上机试运行。结果表明:自主研发的润滑定时器运行稳定、效果良好,提高了研发水平、降低了维修成本。
According to the characteristics of high cost and complex maintenance of imported timers for mining trucks,we carry out the self-development of timers.The system combs out the logic control relationship with the field test,with C language as the programming language,STC89C51 as the control core,and PCB as the general layout of hardware.After the completion of the development,the test run is carried out.The results show that the self-developed timer has stable operation and good effect,which improves the level of research and development and reduces the maintenance cost.
