摘要
为有效提升矿井的生产效益,根据安家岭露天矿原有设计开采边界,通过具体分析矿井东部开采边界端帮优化影响因素,结合露天矿东帮现状,提出3种边界优化方案,分别为:东帮地表境界与重要建(构)筑物的安全距离分别取200 m和50 m及在安全距离取50 m的基础上对东部靠界边界形状进行优化。通过技术指标分析和经济指标分析进行方案的优选,最终确定东部境界靠界优化方案将距地面建筑物的安全距离由200 m缩短至50 m,能够多回收煤炭资源2280万t,有效提升了矿井的经济效益。
In order to effectively improve the production efficiency of the mine,according to the original design of the mining boundary in Anjialing Open-pit Mine,through the specific analysis of the influencing factors of the optimization of the mining end slope of the eastern part of the mine,we combine with the status of the eastern slope of the open-pit mine,propose three types of boundary optimization schemes,as follows:the safe distance between Dongbang's surface realm and important buildings(structures)is 200 m,50 m,and the shape of the eastern boundary is optimized based on the safe distance of 50 m.The technical plan and economic index analysis are used to optimize the plan.Finally the article determines that the optimization plan of the eastern boundary is shortened from 200 m to 50 m from the ground structure,and 22.8 million tons of coal resources could be recovered,which effectively improve the economic benefits of the mine.
