摘要
为解决双能源卡车运输系统移设步距优化问题,通过分析系统运输和移设总费用的计算多项式系数和计算周期内总推进度、移设步距的规律关系,构建双能源卡车运输系统移设步距计算模型,以伊敏三号露天矿为例进行了实证研究。研究结果表明:双能源卡车运输系统最优移设步距为0.22 km,1年移设1次架线接触网系统;系统运输和移设最小总费用为63695.46万元;敏感性分析结果表明,双能源卡车系统运输和移设总费用对年生产能力较敏感。
In order to solve the problem of moving increment optimization of dual-energy truck transportation system,through analyzing the law relationship between multinomial coefficients of system transportation and moving cost and total advance progress in computation period and moving increment.The article constructs moving increment model of dual-energy truck transportation system.Taking Yimin No.3 Open-pit Mine as an example,the study results show that the optimal moving increment is 0.22 km of dual-energy truck transportation system in the mine,the catenary system is moved once a year,the smallest cost is CNY 636.95 million for system transportation and moving.The sensitivity analysis results show that the transportation and moving cost of dual-energy truck system is sensitive to the yearly production capacity.
