摘要
以三相对称运行的交流电动机和曲柄滑块机构组成的系统作为研究对象,基于功能原理对曲柄滑块机构作等效模型转换,利用Lagrange-Maxwell方程建立了系统的机电耦合动态方程。这些系统动力学方程是时变非线性的,它体现了系统动态特性参数与曲柄滑块机构的结构参数和电机电磁参数之间的内在联系,对分析此类系统的动态特性,探讨高速轻载机电系统的异常工况有较大意义。
In this paper, the equivalent model of the slidercrank mechanism is presented based on the principle of workenergy, and the LagrangeMaxwell equation is employed to establish the timevarying nonlinear equations of the electromechanical system composed of a motor and the slidercrank mechanism.The relation between the dynamic characteristics and the system parameters such as material parameters,electromagnetism parameters,structure parameters,is derived in the dynamic equations.The proposed method is very useful and valuable for dynamic analysis of this kind of electromechanical system.
