摘要
21世纪数字化时代,社交工具如雨后春笋般不断涌现,传统读写观受到多元读写观冲击。因此,数字化体裁及多元读写能力理论及实践研究日益迫切。本文首先阐释多模态二语(L2)写作概念,然后分别从社会符号学、社会文化理论给养观及数字化体裁视角探讨多模态二语写作的理论基础。文章指出多模态二语写作与传统二语写作应取长补短、相互借鉴,从而丰富二语写作教学手段,促成二语写作者能动性的养成,增强二语写作者的创造力。
In the digital age of the 21st century,social tools are springing up like mushrooms,and the traditional view of literacy has been impacted by multiliteracy.Therefore,it is increasingly urgent to study the theory and practice of digital genre and multiliteracy.The paper first explains the concept of multimodal second language(L2)writing,and then discusses the theoretical frameworks of multimodal L2 writing from the perspectives of social semiotics,affordance in social and cultural theory and digital genre.This paper points out that multimodal L2 writing and traditional L2 writing should complement each other,so as to enrich the teaching methods of L2 writing,foster L2 writers’agency and enhance their creativity.
